We use high quality Tide hypoalergenic detergent for all orders, but can also we will use any deterent you would like if you request it in our booking tool. We are able to accommodate most requests and are happy to do so!

We are a service that will go above and beyond to make sure your laundry is well cared for. Our priority is that your clothes will last as long as possible, and for that reason we avoid high heat, aggressive processes, and chlorine bleach. There are better ways to get clean laundry, and we use them.

We charge based on weight for normal laundry, and based on the piece for household items and any pressing or ironing of sheets, pillowcases, and linens.

Pressed or ironed sheets are the sometimes unkown secret to making your bed feel as comfy as the hotel beds. If you have nice sheets but they still don’t feel like the hotel, try having your sheets ironed.
